The ojectives of the conference:
The main objective of the conference ALUMINIUM 2011 is to give an comprehensive overview of contemporary state of the art in fields


  • Metallography of aluminium alloys, Al materials testing and analyses, metallography in solving production problems,
  • Al materials in transportation – new trends,
  • Melting, casting and crystallization of Al alloys,
  • Forming, heat treatment, cutting, grinding and machining of Al and Al alloys,
  • Corrosion and surface protection against corrosion of Al alloys,
  • Al powder metallurgy, composite Al materials, new materials and technologies,
  • Usage of CAx technologies in production of Al and Al alloys.


The venue of the conference:
Litoměřice, hotel Koliba
Litoměřice (in German Leitmeritz) is a town located at the confluence of the Labe and Ohře rivers in the Northern Bohemia (Usti Region). The royal town statute was granted within the range of 1219 and 1228. The historical core of the town is the urban conservation area since 1950 and counts 44 streets and 9 squares. Litoměřice is the bishop residency.
